How much does shipping cost?
Our shop is located in The Netherlands where all products are shipped from. The shipping costs change from country to country and are based on the size of the package.
For clients in Europe 1 (See PostNL website) we charge 5 euros. For clients in other countries in Europe (EU 2 on the PostNL list), the shipping cost is 6 euros. For deliveries in the rest of the world, we charge 15 euros without Track and Trace and 22 euros with track and trace.
The time of delivery for Europe is from 1 – 5 days and for the rest of the world from 2 – 15 days. We process the order from 2 to 3 days.
Can I return a product?
We work with the Dutch regulation that allows for 14 days of regret period. If you ordered something with us and wish to cancel the order within 14 days of having received the product, then you can return it and have a full refund.
